CrusTome

Search

CrusTome is a multi-species, multi-tissue database of assembled transcriptomes of a taxonomically comprehensive range of crustacean species. It also includes other ecdysozoans for phylogenetic context. The transcriptome assemblies in this database were produced using a consistent methodology and processed to remove microbial contamination and redundancy. It provides datasets for sequence similarity searches, orthology assignments, phylogenetic inference, etc. For details on how this database was produced, see:
