CrusTome is a multi-species, multi-tissue database of assembled
transcriptomes of a taxonomically comprehensive range of crustacean species.
It also includes other ecdysozoans for phylogenetic context. The
transcriptome assemblies in this database were produced using
a consistent methodology and processed to remove microbial contamination
and redundancy. It provides datasets for sequence similarity
searches, orthology assignments, phylogenetic inference, etc. For details
